Prepare the skin:

Clean and dry your face completely. Apply a thin layer of TriPollar Activation Gel to the treatment area. We recommend drinking water before the session: internal hydration optimizes thermal conductivity and improves results.

Select the power level (RF):

Always start at level 1. For the neck, lip contour, and eyes, use level 1 exclusively. Avoid the central neck area (thyroid area).

Radiofrequency (RF) treatment:

Perform gentle, upward circular movements in 5x5 cm areas. The device will beep every 2 minutes to indicate a change of zone. Total duration: 10–12 min.

Combined RF + DMA treatment

Press the DMA button (blue light activates). Apply only to the chin, jawline, and cheekbones, with circular and upward movements. 2 minutes per zone.

Finish the treatment

Turn off the device and clean the head. Remove excess gel. Important: Do not apply cold water or decongestant products immediately after, the residual heat continues to act to maximize results.

Recommended frequency: 2–3 times a week for 6–8 weeks (intensive phase). Afterward, 1–2 weekly maintenance sessions are sufficient. Always allow at least 24 hours between sessions.
