The expiration date of the products is indicated on the packaging, all goods have a long expiration date. Attention must be paid to the marking on the packaging and the shelf life of the goods after opening the package.

Yes, food supplements are notified and safe to use.
Is it possible to cancel or adjust an already confirmed order?
Confirmed orders are prepared for immediate shipment and submitted for shipment, so cancellation or adjustment of paid orders is not possible. Unpaid orders with courier delivery will be removed from the system automatically after 24 hours if the buyer does not contact customer service.
How can I pay for products?
The order must be paid immediately via the Paysera payment system or by credit card.
How do I know if an order has been placed?

If you have chosen delivery by courier and paid for both orders, there is no possibility to combine into one.

When will I receive a paid order?
Paid orders are collected within 1 b.d. and handed over to a courier, who delivers the goods in Lithuania within 1-3 days. Thus, paid orders are delivered to the customer within 2-3 days from order confirmation.

Are orders delivered only in Lithuania?
The orders are delivered in Lithuania and other EU countries. Orders are delivered to the Curonian Spit only by Omniva post machine.
What is the delivery price?
All orders from 99 euros are delivered free of charge.

How long are orders stored in the store after choosing to pick up the goods from the store?
Paid orders are stored for 5 days. Upon expiry of this period, the order is canceled. Buyers who are unable to pick up their order within the given deadline must contact „Molecule“ customer service by email for an extension. Email email@example.com.
Is it possible to pick up the order yourself and not pay the delivery fee?
Yes, it is possible to pick up the order after payment, selecting “Pickup at the store (Vokiečių g. 5-14, Vilnius)”. You can visit the store when you receive an e-mail notification that the order is ready.
Is it possible to return food supplements purchased at molecule.lt?
According to the laws of the Republic of Lithuania, the return of quality, notified and valid goods is not possible.
Is it possible to return cosmetics?
Cosmetics can be returned within 14 calendar days, we note that in 2011 October 25 The guidelines of Directive 2011/83 / EU of the European Parliament and of the Council on the application of consumer rights state that the purchaser should handle and inspect the product only in the same way as he would be allowed to do in a shop. It should also be noted that Article 6.362 of the Civil Code stipulates that returned goods must be unused, undamaged, their consumer properties and the goods have not lost their commercial appearance, and the consumer must have proof that he bought the goods from that seller. In case of return of goods that do not meet the return conditions, will be sent back to the buyer.
How can the goods be returned?
To return the goods, you must contact by e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org informing about the intention to return and indicating the order number. We will send a return certificate, which will need to be completed and placed in the return shipment along with the purchase receipt (if you paid for the goods in the store in cash or by card).
What if I received poor quality goods?
