“Due to my Nordic roots, I have always had a deep appreciation for the beauty and life-force of forests. During my many travels to Japan, I discovered the Japanese tradition of “forest bathing”, or Shinrin-yoku. This is based on a belief we also share in the Nordics: that spending time in a forest, breathing in the forest air is a truly healing experience for the body and soul.”
