Before use, wash your feet and dry them thoroughly. Remove the patch from its packaging and peel off the protective backing. Position the longer part of the patch horizontally across the sole of your foot, then wrap the side flaps securely around the back of your heel. Leave on for at least 2 hours. For an extra boost of hydration, apply before bedtime and leave on overnight. Remove the patch in the morning.
