Distribute the shampoo onto wet hair, gently massage, and rinse once it lathers. Repeat if necessary.
Apply the conditioner to wet, towel-dried hair and leave it on for 3–5 minutes for maximum effect. Comb through with a wide-toothed comb, massage gently into the hair, and rinse thoroughly.
