For high bioavailability and good tolerability, this premium preparation provides four different forms of iron, each using different absorption mechanisms. QuattroFerrin® 21 therefore contains both plant iron from the curry leaf and from the koji mushroom, as well as organic iron bisglycinate and high-quality iron pyrophosphate. The natural vitamin C from the berry camu-camu additionally helps to optimise iron absorption. Quattroferrin® Blend (Curry leaf extract, ferric pyrophosphate, ferrous bisglycinate, Aspergillus oryzae powder), hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose (capsule shell), camu-camu fruit extract, bulking agent: powdered cellulose. 1 capsule daily with plenty of liquid. Preferably taken on an empty stomach or 1–2 hours after a meal.
