Ingredients

Each Herbal Tea Bag Contains:
Marshmallow Root 15%, Liquorice 15%, Ginger 15%, Eucalyptus 10%, Slippery Elm, Peppermint, Chamomile, Lemon Balm, Green Tea, Fenugreek.

Directions

Pour 200ML freshly boiled water over 1 tea bag.
Brew for 4-5 mins.
Squeeze tea bag to ensure maximum goodness.
