Why is a 3-month course important?
The bioactive compounds found in mycelium, such as beta-glucans, polysaccharides, triterpenes, and ergosterol, work gradually. Their absorption and effect on the immune, digestive, and nervous systems are not immediate – the body needs time to activate deeper regeneration and balancing processes. Continuous use of mycelium for at least 8–12 weeks is considered optimal for noticeable benefits: stronger immune defense, improved gut microbiota balance, increased energy, and enhanced overall resilience.
Mico-Five contains beta-glucans that support immune activity. It is an Organic complex supplement with 100% pure extracts of Reishi, Maitake, Shiitake, Sun Mushroom and Chaga, plus vitamin C (obtained from acerola). Vitamin C also contributes to the normal functioning of the immune system.
