Why is a 3-month course important?
The bioactive compounds found in mycelium, such as beta-glucans, polysaccharides, triterpenes, and ergosterol, work gradually. Their absorption and effect on the immune, digestive, and nervous systems are not immediate – the body needs time to activate deeper regeneration and balancing processes.
