SUGGESTED USE: SHAKE WELL. Using the metered dropper, take 1mL daily with juice or food to mask the concentrated mineral flavor. Do not refrigerate. 59 servings per bottle.

Recovery dose: 2 months will suffice. (1 pipette per day). Maintenance dose: 4 months will suffice. (1 pipette every other day). Consumption: 30 minutes in the morning. before food, stir in a glass of water.
