DIRECTIONS:

As a food supplement for adults, take 1 scoop (approx. 8g) mixed in juice, rice milk, almond milk, coconut milk, coconut water or blended into a smoothie. After opening store between 4°– 8° C or refrigerate. Do not exceed stated dose unless directed by a healthcare practitioner.
