MICA, CI 77891 (TITANIUM DIOXIDE), SILICA, TIN OXIDE
Directions
For a Green Flash™ manicure, flash each layer under a lamp.
- Apply your chosen base coat to natural and prepared nails.
- If you wish, apply two coats of your favorite color.
- Using the applicator or your finger, apply the chosen powder to the nails and lightly rub off the excess to avoid damaging the top coat.
- To fix the powder, finish by applying a layer of top coat.
