The premium collagen NATICOL® contains mainly fish collagen type I peptides. It is characterised by top bioavailability and, as a by-product of responsible aquaculture, also sustainably conserves marine resources.

Dissolve the contents of one sachet in approx. 300 ml of water daily while stirring and then drink.
