    Ingredients
    Lactobacilli and bifidobacteria powder, inulin from the chicory root, hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose (capsule shell).

    Recommended dosage
    2 x 1 capsule daily to be taken approx. 30 minutes before a meal with plenty of liquid. Take oral antibiotics and this food supplement 2–3 hours apart.
