Step 1: Cleanse  the skin surrounding the eye area and  eyelashes making sure it is completely clean and free of make-up. Step 2: Apply the product with the brush precisely where the eyelashes meet the skin, in the same area where the Eyeliner would be applied. Let the product be absorbed and leave it for at least 6 hours before wiping off. Once it is completely dry, make-up can be applied. Step 3: Use 1 or 2 times a day (morning and evening).
